i fell sorry for taylor swift when she was embarrased by rapper kanye west when kanye interrupted her acceptance speech and said that beyonce had one of the best videos of all time.omg!i don't like you anymore kanye.

NEW YORK – The MTV video music awards held on Sunday paid tribute to the late Michael Jackson, but was overshadowed by an outburst by rapper Kanye West, who interrupted an acceptance speech by US singer Taylor Swift.

West, who is known for his outspoken ways, jumped up on stage while the 19-year-old Swift was making an acceptance speech for best female video for her hit song "You Belong With Me," beating out singers including Beyonce Knowles and Lady Gaga.

"I am really happy for you," West said. "But Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time."

MTV said West, who was spotted earlier on the red carpet drinking alcohol, was ejected from an awards show already known for its circus-like atmosphere. West received loud boos from the crowd when his name was mentioned later in the show.

West apologized on his website. "I'm sooooo sorry to Taylor Swift and her fans and her mom," he wrote. "... I'm in the wrong for going on stage and taking away from her moment!"

Beyonce took the show's top honor -- video of the year -- for her single "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" before recalling her first MTV award with her old band, Destiny's Child, and calling back Swift to the Radio City Music Hall stage to finish her acceptance speech.

"I would like Taylor to come out and have her moment," she said, before the country music star reappeared and thanked her fans.

MTV said Beyonce, Lada Gaga and Green Day won three awards apiece, the most of any artists on this year's awards show.

Beckham hints at early exit from Galaxy

David Beckham has hinted for the first time that he may not see out his lucrative five-year contract with American MLS club Los Angeles Galaxy.

The 34-year-old has openly admitted all year that he will seek another loan move with a European club to boost his chances of playing for England at the 2010 World Cup finals, but he has always insisted that he remains committed to the Galaxy.

However, his latest comments, ahead of England's crucial World Cup qualifier against Croatia on Wednesday, suggest that he may activate a get-out clause in his contract, which runs until 2012.

"I will finish the MLS season. After that, everybody knows that I'll be coming back to play somewhere," said Beckham, who is hoping to win his 114th international cap at Wembley, having been an unused substitute in Saturday's 2-1 friendly win against Slovenia.

"LA Galaxy know that. If it upsets a few people, I can't do anything about it. I keep saying how much I enjoy playing over there and how committed I am to the Galaxy -- I think I will be back there after the World Cup.

"But there is a possibility that the contract might break in the autumn, and I do have options. Milan have made me aware that they want me to go back there and I'm more than happy with that.

"But I have also had another three or four offers, so when the time is right, I will decide."

The midfielder's loan move to Italy in January caused a falling-out with U.S. national captain and clubmate Landon Donovan, while Beckham also clashed with fans upon his return to action with the MLS side in July.

Beckham had previously played down rumors of any imminent departure -- Milan reportedly refused to make a permanent offer for him in the knowledge that he had a cut-price get-out clause -- and has recently agreed to appear in adverts promoting California alongside Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Beckham is competing with Aaron Lennon and Shaun Wright-Phillips for a starting place on the right against Croatia, as England seek to avenge the 3-2 defeat at Wembley which cost them a place at Euro 2008 and saw manager Steve McClaren sacked.

His replacement Fabio Capello has guided England to the top of Group Six with seven wins from seven, and another victory on Wednesday against second-placed Croatia will clinch an automatic place at the finals in South Africa with two games to play.
Capello gave an indication of his plans for the match when he started Manchester City winger Wright-Phillips against Slovenia and then brought on Lennon in the second half, with the Tottenham player making a big impact.

general santos city is alive once more!i mean in festive mood now.many activities are held starting august 25 like the skim boarding competition,culinary expo and the search for Ginang bariles which i witnessed and enjoyed.but the official opening ceremony was held yesterday and it will go through until september 5 ,2009.

it's called the GenTeX,the tuna festival Xperience(GTX),in  commemoration of the city's 41st charterhood anniversarry.

when i was in high school ,we used to join the parade and during the night, we had a wonderful time watching music bands in oval plaza.now im excited to watch the miss gensan 2009 on sept. 4,2009 and the float light parade on sept 5,2009.

many interesting activities and contests are added to spice up the celebration like the  body fest modelling competition,fish dance hip hop competition,tinda tinda sa GTX,tuna pop song writing contest and the GTX mardigrass competition.

In My Life is helmed by Olivia Lamasan, director of such hits as Got 2 Believe and Milan. It will mark the comeback of Vilma Santos in the silver screen since the 2004 film Mano Po 3: My Love. It’s also the first time that Vilma is working with his son Luis Manzano.

In My Life also marks as first major gay-themed film from Star Cinema since “Ang Lalake sa Buhay ni Selya” in 1998 starring Rosanna Roces. John Lloyd Cruz and Luis Manzano will play a gay couple in the movie, their first role as such. And one of the higlights of the film is the controversial “kissing scene” between the two actors.

Cops found prescription drug bottles inside his residence. after the 36-year-old's lifeless body spotted face-down in his bed at around 5:23 p.m. by a friend, who was concerned he hadn't heard from the performer in several days.

i was touched by this story of jaycee lee dugard .she was abducted at the age of 11 from a South Lake Tahoe street in 1991, was kept behind a series of fences, sheds and tents, even giving birth to her suspected abductor's children in the suburban backyard compound less than 200 miles from her childhood home.and after 18 years, she was finally freed from her abductor philip garrido who is now in jail with her wife  nancy garrido.
